The format is still the same, 1-hour meetings each day of the week, from 9 to 10 am CET, 2 case-study presentations followed by 30-minute Q&A to discuss the topics below. Do not hesitate to register, it is free of charge!

- Friday 26 November – Strategic management / Future of SSCs in the region

- Monday 29 November – Master data management in SSC
